Ilion Junior - Senior High School
 
Rehearsals will begin Friday, March 16 at 1:00 - 5:00 PM and continue on Saturday, March 17 at 9:00 AM.  On both days, busses should be dropped off students on the Weber Avenue entrance and enter via the side walk near the basement entrance.  Those attending the concert should enter via the Philips Street entrance and enter the building near the school sign.

Lunch for students will be in the Cafeteria.  All dress rehearsals and the concert will be in the Main Gymnasium.  Students can change into their concert clothes in the Locker Rooms.

 

All students should bring a pencil to rehearsals.  All rehearsal breaks will be at the director's discretion.  All - County T-Shirts to benefit the HCMEA Scholarship Fund will be available for sale for $15.oo

 

Please dress in your best clothes for the concert.  Men should wear a button up shirt, long neck tie, long pants, socks, and shoes.  Women should wear a blouse or seater, skirt, or long pants, or a conservitave lookin dress.

 

The concert will be Saturday, March 17 at 3:00pm in the Ilion Junior - Senior High School Gymnasium.  Admission to the concert is $3.oo for Adults, $2.00 for Students and will be available at the door beginning at 2:00pm on Saturday.

 

Snack items and lunch will be available at a nominal cost throughout the festival.  Students may also bring their own lunch/snack items.  NO FOOD OR, DRINKS, OR GUM IS ALLOWED IN ANY REHEARSAL AREA DURING THE FESTIVAL!

 

STUDENTS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO DRIVE THEMSELVES OR LEAVE THE SCHOOL GROUNDS AT ANY TIME DURING THE FESTIVAL.
